Rose's Culinary Adventures

As you may know Rose has been eating for about 7 weeks now. She started off with avocado, banana, carrots, cereal, broccoli, applesauce and blueberries and spinach. Lately though, we are getting more adventurous now that she has reached 6 months and Rose is loving it! Today I was feeding her some blueberry spinach concoction and I noticed she was scoping out my quesadilla, so I shared bits of my sprouted grain tortilla, cheese and organic london broil =)

Rose has also been enjoying yogurt, we have been using the yo-baby and it is great, low sugar, organic and yummy flavors.

We are super excited about the next few weeks as we are planning to introduce her to salmon, sweet potatoes, ground turkey, peaches, eggs and peas. She also seems to want to start eating with her hands too, so I am thinking of making some yogurt bites for her by freezing little drops of yogurt. So exciting!

She has been eating more too, most likely due to her activity level increase. Rose can now stand up and hold herself upright without holding onto anything for about 2-5 seconds. It is so cute to see! She is advancing so fast and we are so proud of our baby girl!

I saved the best for last too, Rose now has a tooth! She got her bottom left tooth the other day and the right one is coming in too! All of these changes are so much fun as we are getting settled into our new home. Hope everyone is having a great summer!
